We anticipate our next "pull" (pulling names) from the Section 8 HCV list, as well as the DIAL waiting list, to be in June 2025 due to funding shortages.

DIAL - Disabled Individual Adult Living: (This waiting list CLOSED on 6/1/23 at 9:00 a.m.) The Falmouth Housing Authority is pleased to remind you that the special program available on Cape Cod, DIAL, has an open waiting list and is accepting applications. For this program, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and disabled. The vouchers are for studio and one-bedroom units only. This list is open and has not yet been scheduled to close.

Applications must be completed and submitted electronically through FHA's online application portal. To request a reasonable accommodation in order to complete an application, please call us at (508) 548-1977 or e-mail us at info(at)falmouthhousing.org.

Applicants must fall within the established current income guidelines (see below) for their household size. Income limits change annually and are set by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Applicants will be placed on the waiting list based on the date and time of application and will be selected based on date, time, and any applicable preferences.

Existing applicants who have applied for any waiting list administered by FHA will remain on the waiting list.

FHA will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, nationality or ethnic origin, age, family or marital status, sexual orientation, handicap or disability, nor deny any family or individual the opportunity to apply for, or receive assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

​* The FY 2014 Consolidated Appropriations Act changed the definition of extremely low-income to be the greater of 30/50ths (60 percent) of the Section 8 very low-income limit or the poverty guideline as established by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), provided that this amount is not greater than the Section 8 50% very low-income limit. Consequently, the extremely low income limits may equal the very low (50%) income limits.
