Chapter 17:  Project-based Vouchers

​

The developments that the Falmouth Housing Authority currently has a project-based agreement with are listed below.

​

Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless's (HECH) Sisson Road

This Harwich development includes four (4) project-based vouchers (PBV) administered by the Falmouth Housing Authority.  The purpose of the Outreach and Tenant Selection Plan is to establish fair and equitable guidelines for selecting applicants to occupy the PBV units at HECH's development, located at 115 Sisson Road, Harwich, MA in accordance with the Section 8 Project-based voucher program as well as other lender requirements.

This program offers the following preferences:

​

 - 11 points:   Town of Harwich Resident   - 11 points

 - 8 points:     Towns of Barnstable, Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee,

                        Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown

 - 5 points:      Veteran

 - 1 point:        Elderly

 - 1 point:        Disabled
